This is for the Owner who wants property management, but may still like to be involved to some degree. Such as with the approval process of a Tenant, maintenance concerns (approving them prior - regardless of amount), as well as handling their own payments for taxes, utilities (as applicable, etc.).
FINDERS FEE SERVICE - 1/2 of One Month's Rent:
Some Owners are local and do not mind the day to day management, but do not want to have to worry about finding the Tenant, advertising and showings. We can handle this for you, for a one time fee.

Rentals 4 NoCo does not handle Association (HOA) Management at this time.
Rentals 4 NoCo offers a competitive monthly management fee of just 8%! The only other fees a Landlord has is our $95.00 sign on and $95.00 renewal fee. That's it.
Our screenings include a complete credit, criminal, eviction, judgement, liens and background check. We also verify rental and employment history. (And we actually call them ~ crazy!)
Gone are the days of newspaper advertising. We have a proven new age marketing plan to obtain quality Tenants quickly. Sadly, we cannot give away our secrets on this... It's why you need us as your mgmt company!
We use purpose-built property accounting software which makes bookkeeping complete and most importantly, accurate. You can check your portal 24/7 to see anything on your account.
We work with honest dependable vendors who are fully insured. You will NEVER see a markup on an invoice. We also do not over use vendors. That means, we're not calling out a vendor every single time a Tenant has a need... This is closely monitored.
